 After using different slow food bowls for our dog for a long time, we have summarized 

key points when choosing anti-gulping dog bowl--

Choose slow feeding bowl larger than common bowl of your dog. If you are too busy to add food several times for your dog during mealtime, you’d better choose a slow eating bowl slightly larger than common bowl of your dog, because the ridges in dog slow bowl will occupy part of the volume. Besides, food is mainly added to grooves of the slow feeder, cannot be with too full food, so that dog can only eat food in between ridges of the bowl and have to eat slowly.

Do not choose slow feeder dog bowl with too complicated design and too narrow grooves, which is difficult for dog to eat food in the grooves, may arouse dog's anxiety, who may overturn the anti-choking slow bowl. Some dogs are unwilling to use complex slow eating bowl. You will always find dog food are left in narrow grooves cannot be reach out by your dog.

Choose slow feeding dog bowl with appropriate depth. Too shallow slow bowl can not slow down the dog's eating speed, more than 4cm depth of dog slow bowls are suggested.
